Vinyasa Flow classes focus on moving with breath as we flow from one pose to the next. Popular music sets the tone of the class from the first pose to the last. Yoga is a low impact workout that's gentle on your joints, while building lean muscle, increasing flexibility & calming your mind. Yoga is beneficial no matter your age, size or athletic ability. Vinyasa Flow classes are held at The Norwood Community every Tu and Th from 7-8pm & every Sat from 9-10am. Gentle 45 classes are held every Wed from 5:45-6:30pm and Sat from 10-10:45am. (Tickets purchased can be redeemed for any class at the Norwood Community Center.)
